    I’m back to school since Sep 2024. I will be trying to maintain my regular scheduled hours throughout my 4 year program.

    Thur 3-8

    Fri 10-4:30

    Sat 10-3

  • The Salon has MOVED

    The salon has officially moved.  Starting Tuesday April 29th, we will be operating out of the new location (2 doors down, inside the mall).

    A few things to note: (PLEASE READ)

    - there is no outside entrance, you enter from inside the mall.  This means you'll enter the mall through the doors beside Starbucks, or beside Freshco.

    - there is no bathroom inside the salon, however there is a public mall bathroom.  It is located down the smaller hallway beside the vape shop, on the way to the exit to the back door of the mall

    - this location is a more boutique size, therefore we invite you to come solo.  IF you are bringing someone essential (or you're a parent bringing your child in for a service with us) please be advised there is limited seating available for you to wait, but the mall has extra benches as well as Starbucks. 

    -because of the limited space there is no room for anyone to be standing near my station while I cut/do someone else's hair.  Please take a seat and relax while you wait for your child

    - we will have coffee available but it is no longer self serve, I will grab it for you :). There is no hot water available for tea (or tea) so you may wish to bring your own to-go from home

    - online booking works exactly the same, book as your normally have been

    - because this space is smaller, avoid bringing extra items with you such as backpacks, large bags, etc.  There is no room at my station for these items, you will have your purse in your lap.  I do have a very small drawer for cell phones, wallets and keys, should you wish to put them down.  There will be a coat area, but it does not have shelves like our current space.  You will be leaving larger bags on the floor there.  

    - we will have smocks still available, HOWEVER, there is no room to change INTO the smock, it will be going over top of what you have on.  WITH THIS IN MIND: please do not wear turtlenecks, or large sweaters/hoodies with nothing underneath (you will need to change into a smock publicly), or anything WHITE that you do not want to get stained. *  I always encourage clients to NOT wear their Sunday best to the salon anyway, but please remember that it is VERY DIFFICULT to cut a straight line in your haircut over a hoodie, or have you comfortably at the sink so you don't get wet for the same reason.

commonly asked questions

how long will my appointment be?

This depends on your service, cuts for men generally 30-45 min, ladies 45-1 hr 15 min, they - 30-1 hr 15 min. Colors can be anywhere from 1.5 hour to 4 hours, maybe more if it’s corrective.

Shampoo blowdry, 45 min-1 hour. Can be longer if a treatment is added.

do i need to use professional product?

Heck yeah! Professional products help to maintain your hair, as well as give me a nice palette to work with. A lot of hair “problems” people have, can be solved with using the correct home-care products, and being taught how to use them.

I cannot guarantee your color if you choose not to use professional salon products.

I’ll talk to your during your appointment about recommendations.

should I wash my hair before my color appointment?

If you are not having an on-scalp bleaching service, please wash your hair the day before or day of. ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS DRY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. If I have to dry your hair prior to starting your color service, extra charges may be incurred.

No wash is needed prior to a cut service, as I will begin the appointment with a wash.

How long after a color service can I wash my hair?

For BEST longevity, 72 hours after. I cannot guarantee your color if you wash it sooner.

what is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required to avoid fees. There will be a 50% of your total service fee charge, if 24 hours notice is not given. You will automatically be required to pay this at your next appointment.

If you are sick, you are more than welcome to come, just please wear a mask. I will always do the same, to protect you! Sick days off for me, affect my income, and other clientele and their pre-booked appointments.

You may also be charged 50% of your service fee if you are 15 minutes or more, late for your appointment, and must reschedule.

Message me directly during off hours, or call the salon during open hours to cancel. (salon is closed sunday/mondays) OR USE THE ONLINE BOOKING EMAIL TO CANCEL

Do stylists go to hair school?

Indeed we do. We work with POWERFUL chemicals and it takes time to learn to use these, while keeping hair in optimal health. This is why I DO NOT EVER recommend at-home color or cuts.

I continue to take education as well, as the industry and colors/products are always changing.
